the subgenre of "Industrial Black Metal" has intrigued me for a long time now. What makes it so interesting to me, is that i've seen a lot of elements popping up there that i know from speedcore techno, breakcore, digital hardcore.
yet, of course they're used in a whole new twist. on top of that, this music is quite relentless and headstrong, yet at the same time atmospheric. maybe you too will find this music very special. an industrial speedcore black metal mix.

Low Entropy releases 5-hour album. Includes longest Doomcore track ever.
Due to the luxurious spending by a listener on one of my bandcamp albums, I got a message that now i can upload almost unlimited tracks to bandcamp, bypassing the normal 21 minute limit. You know what means: I immediately had to assemble my longest album release ever. You can find 4 drones on here. Drone 1 is one of my most "known tracks" outside the core world. I made it in a production period when I was strictly 4/4 and Doomcore/Doomtechno, so i had to do something experimental again. Which turned out to be a 1-hour drone. I can now tell you the secret of the track: it is completely devoid of any time structure, beat, bar, rhythm; completely amorph but not wthout structure; not chaos; Low Entropy. Drone 2 has another interesting background that i won't tell; yet. After Drone 1 accumulated thousands of listeners on youtube i decided to create 2 follow-ups, Drone 4 and 5. Drone 3 is an entirely different matter and was released on Chase Records.
Droom 1 is the longest doomcore track to date yet (31.12.2015) with a runtime of 56 minutes. Droom 2 and 3 finish this release. What a way to end the year!

Urban Uprising Remix Contest
It's almost 15 years since i wrote Urban Uprising, and 14 years since it had been released on Black Monolith Records. Because of this, i decided to do a remix contest.
Contact me and i'll send you a remix package that contains sounds of Urban Uprising, Second Uprising, and Third Uprising. You can choose to just remix one track or maybe even combine the samples of multiple tracks!
The deadline for remix submissions is the 16th of October 2016. The best remixes will be released on Black Monolith Digital!
So... let's go ahead!
Note: i had not all the original files both for Second Uprising and Third Uprising anymore... but if you're bold enough, you can download the tracks and cut them up to your own liking and use the samples.

This Is Amiga-Inspired Doomcore

the drums are made on newer equipment, the percussion, some extra bleeps... but the rest is all true oldschool amiga 500 sounds. the drones, the pads, lotsa haunting fx...
there is something so special about the sound of the amiga, something magical about 8 bit string samples, pitched to create a melody... which is also quite interesting in music theory, as the typical amiga "demo scene" sound has melodies that are both 12tone monochromatic and diatonic, or in another scale, at the same time... basically each new note transposes a chord to a new key when you use a sampled pad or string in this way... very nice.
so, yes, this sound intrigued me to do some new material in that vein, but, as mentioned, combine it with more "modern" techniques too... the results are somewhere between amiga tracker sound, doomcore, ambient score and a dose of oldschool rave madness.
i assumed it's hard to find a label for this, so i decided to go with a self-release again. maybe someone somewhere can enjoy this...
